Successful launch of the BID

Successful launch of the BID

Following the successful launch of the BID – Milngavie Myway is rebranded as simply Milngavie BID.

The Board has appointed Lesley Shaw as the new BID Manager – Lesley will be out and about getting to know the levy payers and partners in the coming weeks as well as ensuring successful delivery of the business plan and immediate priorities.

In the meantime Milngavie BID supported Milngavie Youth Centre in securing funding for Milngavie Alive an event celebrating the Commonwealth Games and QBR as it went through East Dunbartonshire on Saturday 19th July.

A programme of events including a jazz evening, health and fitness taster sessions, a big lunch were all arranged to celebrate as well as face painting and a duck race.

Further info will follow – in the meantime for any information please contact Lesley on 07523 958440 or Lesley.shaw@milngaviebid.com
